Giovanni Flaborea

Giovanni Flaborea is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and HR policy implementation. Currently serving as Sites HR Manager at Trivium Packaging, Giovanni oversees HR operations for 200 employees across multiple sites, focusing on policy alignment, payroll supervision, training management, and disciplinary actions. Prior experiences include roles as HR Business Partner at Valeo, where Giovanni coached managers and managed annual HR processes for a larger workforce, and as Plant HRBP at Faurecia, where talent acquisition and employee empowerment were key responsibilities. Giovanni also has a solid foundation in recruitment and HR management from previous positions at Safran, Dassault Systèmes, and other organizations, complemented by a Master’s degree in Retail and Business Development from Rennes School of Business.
