Roman Adamchuk

Roman Adamchuk is an experienced manager with a strong background in production and operations across various industries, including automotive and packaging. Currently serving as the ARP Plant Manager at Trivium Packaging since April 2019, Roman is responsible for restarting the plant and ramping up production through the relocation of equipment. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Blauberg Ventilatoren GmbH, where significant achievements included the relocation of the production department and the establishment of a logistics center. Roman has also held positions as Production Manager and Segment Leader, overseeing large teams and implementing quality management systems compliant with ISO 9001.
