Susan Mahabiersing

Susan Mahabiersing has a diverse work experience in the field of tax management. Susan is currently the Director Corporate Tax EAA at Trivium Packaging since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Tax Manager at Quaker Houghton from August 2019 to April 2022 and at Quaker Chemical from August 2013 to April 2022. Susan also took a maternity leave from July 2010 to July 2013, during which they served as the Chief Officer of Domestic & Lagomorph Affairs. Earlier in their career, they held the role of International Tax Manager at Coty from November 2007 to July 2010 and at Huawei from March 2007 to November 2007. Susan started their career as a Management Trainee at the tax office Amsterdam, working at Ormit from November 2005 to November 2006. Prior to that, they worked as an International Tax Manager at ICI Plc/Quest International from July 2002 to October 2005. Susan began their career as a Tax Consultant at PwC from August 2000 to July 2002.

Susan Mahabiersing has a diverse education history. Susan attended NOB/SOB from 1999 to 2003, focusing on Tax Law/Taxation. Between 2000 and 2002, they pursued a business MBA with a specialization in PwC tax business at Nyenrode Business University. Susan obtained a Master's degree in Tax Law at Leiden University, where they also completed a separate Master's degree in civil law from 1992 to 1999. Susan completed their high school education at Titus Brandsma College from 1984 to 1990. In 2017, Susan studied US corporate taxation and US advanced corporate taxation and transfer pricing at IBFD.
