Alex Rivas

Alex Rivas has a diverse background in customer service and claims management, currently serving as a Claims Representative Contractor at TriWest Healthcare Alliance since January 2023. Prior to this role, Alex worked as an Absence Management Representative at Tokio Marine Group from December 2020 to April 2023 and held various positions at Anthem, Inc., including Senior Customer Care Representative II and Customer Care Representative from June 2018 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes bartending at Flex Cocktail Lounge, Main Street Bar and Cabaret, and FunHog Ranch from 2013 to 2017. Alex studied Nutrition at Del Mar College from 2006 to 2007.
