Bart Blaylock

Bart Blaylock possesses extensive experience in case management and healthcare operations, having served as Director of Case Management Programs at TriWest Healthcare Alliance from August 2008 to February 2021, where responsibilities included leading case management and care coordination for TRICARE beneficiaries. Additionally, Bart acted as Regional Director, facilitating relationships with 13 VA Medical Centers, ensuring the needs of Veterans were met within the Community Care Network. Earlier roles included managing case management teams at both TriWest and Health Net Federal Services, as well as overseeing special programs related to healthcare needs. Bart holds a Master of Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University and a B.A. in Secondary Business Education from Arizona State University West.
