Edward Honn

Edward Honn currently serves as Chief of Staff at TriWest Healthcare Alliance since August 2023, advising on operations, strategy, workforce management, and leadership development. Prior to this role, Edward spent over eight years with the United States Marine Corps, holding various positions including Marine Officer Instructor and Director of Operations, where leadership mentoring and training event management were key responsibilities. In academia, Edward instructed naval science courses at Arizona State University, focusing on leadership and critical thinking. Additionally, Edward has experience as a performance coach and fitness trainer, achieving high client retention and national recognition for training excellence.
