Len Tamsky

Len Tamsky, MD, serves as the Medical Director of TriWest Healthcare Alliance since August 2015, overseeing care coordination and utilization review for veterans receiving services outside the Department of Veterans Affairs. Concurrently, Len Tamsky holds the position of VP and Senior Medical Director at Care1st Healthplan Arizona, responsible for clinical oversight for a Medicaid and Medicare managed care plan serving 75,000 members. Previous experience includes serving as Medical Director at Blue Cross from 1994 to 1995. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Amherst College.
