Jennifer Heienickle

Jennifer Heienickle has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer started their professional journey as a Prior Authorization Representative at Magellan Health in 2010. Jennifer then worked as a CPhT at Bellevue Pharmacy from 2011 to 2014. Following that, Jennifer joined Express Scripts as a Claims Analyst from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they took on the role of an Intake Specialist at COMMUNITY PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES for a brief period. Simultaneously, they were also a student from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 onwards, Jennifer worked at TriZetto Provider Solutions, initially as a Provider Enrollment Representative and later as an Application Analyst. In their role as an Application Analyst, they provided troubleshooting and coordination to resolve software and data issues, analyzed and interpreted claims processing, troubleshooted rejected/invalid claims, and coordinated with clients to resolve claims errors and enroll with appropriate payers.
