Khadidra Draughan-Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Khadidra began their career as a Financial Analyst in the United States Air Force in 1998, where they processed waivers, remissions, and bonuses for military members. In 2006, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at On Site E-Discovery. Khadidra then transitioned to payroll administration as a Payroll Technician at General Dynamics from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Khadidra joined Accenture Technology Solutions as a Team Lead/Quality Assurance specialist, conducting audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Khadidra later became a Business and Systems Analyst at The DataTech Group in 2011, where they worked until 2012.

From 2012 to 2013, Khadidra held positions at Rose International and KeyPoint Government Solutions as a Business Analyst and Background Investigator, respectively. In these roles, they coordinated multiple projects, conducted information gathering sessions, and performed background investigations to assess employment suitability for access to sensitive or classified US government information.

Most recently, Khadidra served as a Business Analyst at TriZetto Provider Solutions starting in 2013. Their responsibilities included gathering and documenting requirements, troubleshooting and modifying business processes, and recommending innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.

Khadidra Draughan-Ellis has a strong educational background in criminal justice and financial management. Khadidra obtained their AA in Financial Management from the Community College of the Air Force between 2002 and 2006. Following that, they pursued a BA in Criminal Justice at Columbia College from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their degrees, they also hold an A+ Certification, which they obtained in August 2011.
