Aakash Dalui

Aakash Dalui currently serves as Assistant Manager - Technology (High Alumina & Silica) at TRL KROSAKI Refractories Limited since March 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Quality and Process Control Executive at Maithan Ceramic Ltd from November 2020 to February 2024, focusing on high alumina materials and fire clays. Aakash also completed a summer internship at Sail Refractory Unit in mid-2019, where a project on LC 70 Castables was conducted, enhancing flowability without Silimanite sand. Additional training at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited provided insights into refractory lining and practices, and an industrial visit to National Refractories contributed to foundational knowledge in refractory brick production. Aakash holds a B.Tech in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from the Government College of Engineering and Ceramic Technology, obtained in 2020.
