Alicia S. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Alicia'smost recent role is as the Director of Talent at TRM Labs, a blockchain intelligence company focused on building a safer financial system. Prior to this, they founded Inclusive MVMTS, where they specialized in hiring underrepresented engineering talent for inclusively-focused companies. Alicia also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Impira, an Enterprise AI platform company that was later acquired by Figma. Alicia has worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at SingleStore, a Senior Technical Recruiter at Vungle, and a Technical Recruiter at Expanxion. Additionally, Alicia gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Designworks, A BMW Group Company.

Alicia S. attended California Lutheran University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business Administration and Management. In 2010 and 2011, they also studied at The American Business School of Paris, focusing on International Business. Additionally, Alicia has obtained various certifications, including a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index in September 2021 and a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in November 2020.
