Elias Kokaly

Elias Kokaly's work experience includes being the Head of Deployment Strategy at TRM Labs since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Deployment Strategist at the same company from March 2021 to August 2022. Before joining TRM Labs, Elias was involved with Bittrex, where they served as a Compliance Team Lead from November 2020 to March 2021, a Senior Compliance Analyst from March 2020 to November 2020, and a Compliance Analyst from January 2019 to March 2020. Elias also worked as a Research Assistant at the Political Science Department of Michigan State University from January 2018 to May 2018, focusing on collecting and analyzing data related to terrorist actors and radicalization in the United States. In addition, Elias gained experience as an Intern at the House Committee on Homeland Security from January 2017 to April 2017, assisting in research projects and legislative drafting. Elias'searlier work experience includes an internship with Deputy Mayor Carol O'Cleireacain at the City of Detroit, where they performed data analysis and research on various economic and infrastructure topics from June 2016 to August 2016.

Elias Kokaly attended Michigan State University from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in World Politics and also pursued a minor in Bioethics/Medical Ethics. In January 2020, they obtained a certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist from ACAMS.
