Laura Lalor

Laura Lalor is an accomplished professional in the international development sector with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Country Director at Trócaire since June 2022, Laura has held significant positions such as Program Director at the International Rescue Committee, Deputy Chief of Party at Mercy Corps, and Program Manager at charity: water. From September 2013 to June 2017, Laura directed programming at Concern Worldwide, and had earlier roles at Trócaire, Irish Aid, and other organizations. Laura's educational background includes a Master of Science in International Public Health/International Health from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Limerick, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
