Nick K. has extensive work experience in human resources management. Nick started their career at Nextel™️ as an Employee Relations Manager from September 2000 to June 2008. Nick then joined Aristotle's Psychological Center as an Administrative Director, Human Resources from July 2008 to May 2012. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at MGRM Pinnacle, Inc. for seven months in 2012.

In 2013, Nick became a Senior Human Resources Manager at the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center, where they stayed until December 2016. From December 2016 to August 2020, they held the positions of Group Director of Human Resources at The Stagwell Group and Corporate Director of Human Resources at ForwardPMX.

In 2022, Nick continued their professional journey as the Head Of Human Resources at Steel Equities from March to June. Nick is currently the Head, People Operations at Troika Media Group, a role they started in July 2022. Throughout their career, Nick has gained valuable experience in various HR roles and has contributed to the success of multiple organizations.

Nick K. obtained a Master's Degree in Education - Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Southwest from 2010 to 2012. Nick also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California Coast University from 2010 to 2011. Nick has additional certifications including Counselor/Mental Health Professional from the New York State Office of Mental Health and Crisis Intervention Counselor from The American Institute of Health Care Professionals, Inc. Nick also holds a Professional Human Resources Certificate from SHRM.
