Shawn Mann

Shawn Mann has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Shawn is currently working as the Vice President of Finance at Troll Co. Clothing since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the FP&A & Commercial Finance at Benson Hill from May 2022 to May 2023. Additionally, they held the position of Consultant - Alcohol Bev Finance & Strategy from May 2022 to April 2023.

Before their latest roles, Shawn worked as the Director of Commercial Finance at Green River Spirits Company from October 2021 to May 2022. Shawn was responsible for leading a sales and finance organization, optimizing revenue, driving corrective actions, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

In previous years, Shawn held various roles in the finance field. Shawn worked at E. & J. Gallo Winery from 2012 to 2021, serving as the AREA Commercial Sales Finance Manager and the REGIONAL Commercial Sales Finance Manager. Shawn was also a Manager in the Spirits Business Unit and held positions as a Senior Analyst in Global Sourcing and Corporate Planning. Prior to that, Shawn worked as an MBA Finance intern at E. & J. Gallo Winery.

Shawn pursued their Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from September 2011 to June 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Pendulum Associates, an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild, and a Consultant at Cerner Corporation.

Shawn Mann has a strong education background in business and finance. Shawn earned their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Spanish from Creighton University in 2003. In 2007, they completed their MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on Strategic Management, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, in 2008-2009, they completed MBA coursework as a Fulbright Fellow at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Shawn also participated in a study abroad program at Universidad Católica de Córdoba in 2005. Furthermore, they obtained the certification of Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators in 2014.
