Natalie L. has over 15 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Natalie began their career in 2005 as an Internship Sales Assistant at EMD Benelux. In 2006, they joined Manpower as a Recruiter, where they were responsible for opening new accounts and recruiting the best talents for them. Natalie then moved to Quality Business in 2007, where they worked as a HR Consultant focusing on head hunting top talents in the insurance and healthcare sector. That same year, they joined SThree as a Key Account Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they were one of the founding members of the new office and was in charge of all client relationships for Huxley Associates. In 2014, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at VeroTech and an Account Executive and Technical Recruiter at Capgemini. In 2017, they joined Michael Page as a Talent Acquisition Manager, and in 2019 they became a Senior Talent Advisor at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Talent.com as a Senior Director - Head of People & Talent Management and has since grown the headcount from 200 to 400 employees, introduced performance management, levels of employment, career development, and opened new offices in Brazil, Spain, and Benelux. In 2022, they were appointed VP People & Culture at Trolley.

Natalie L. holds a Master of Science in International Business from HUB-KUBrussel. Natalie also obtained a certification in Employer Branding on LinkedIn from LinkedIn in April 2021.
