Dorit Priess

Dorit Priess is a Learning & Development Manager at Trolli GmbH since May 2024, following experience as a People Business Partner at AnyDesk Software, where support was provided to various departments in HR matters. Prior roles include HR-Generalist at TWT GmbH, leading HR processes and implementing new workflows, and involvement in change management projects at STIHL. Dorit also completed an internship at Daimler AG, contributing to a cultural change project, and worked as a student in People and Organisational Development at Prospektiv GmbH. Dorit holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from TU Dortmund University and a Bachelor of Arts in Soziologie & Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Bielefeld University.
