Dawn Shaferly

Dawn Shaferly, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Tronair Inc. since January 2020, where responsibility includes overseeing human resources functions for a leading manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment for various types of aircraft. Prior to this role, Shaferly was the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Fresh Products, LLC, and Rittal Corporation, focusing on workforce planning, culture development, and strategic HR initiatives. With significant experience in employee engagement, leadership development, and training, Shaferly held roles at Mercy Health, General Motors, and Learning Designs, Inc., contributing to organizational effectiveness and training across multiple sectors. Dawn holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lourdes University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University.
