Lisa Drouhard

Lisa Drouhard, CSP, serves as a Senior Safety Specialist at Tronair Inc. since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in workforce safety. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Workforce Safety Specialist at ProMedica from November 2017 to October 2023 and held multiple positions at Federal Signal Corporation from 2002 to 2017, including Safety & Ergonomics Supervisor and Ergonomist. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Ergonomist at Cessna Aircraft Company (2000-2002) and completing internships in ergonomics at Emerson Climate Technologies and Haworth in 1999. Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Human Factors from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Health from Bradley University.
