Charles Chong

Charles Chong is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a background in chemical engineering and business administration. Currently serving as the Technology and Improvement Manager at Tronox since April 2019, Charles has held various key positions including Operations Manager KPP, Process Improvement & Control Leader for Southern Operations, and Senior Area Engineer. Prior to Tronox, Charles worked at Cristal as a Senior Area Engineer and at OneSteel in several roles, such as Senior Operations Engineer and Process Engineer. Charles earned a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from the University of Adelaide.
