Lurinda Janse van Rensburg

Lurinda Janse van Rensburg is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various roles across leading companies in the mining and heavy equipment sectors. Currently serving as the Regional HR Lead for Copper Africa at Glencore since April 2022, Lurinda previously held the position of General Manager: Human Capital at Komatsu Africa Holdings (Pty) Ltd from April 2017 to April 2022, and served as Human Resources Manager at Anglo American from August 2015 to March 2017. An extensive tenure at Anglo American includes roles as HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner - Analytics/Remuneration, Employee Relations Officer, and Human Resources Officer, highlighting expertise in employee relations, strategic HR support, and data analysis.
