Sandra Olivier

Sandra Olivier is an experienced professional with a robust background in workforce planning and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Planning at Tronox since November 2012, Sandra focuses on developing enterprise workforce planning strategies and driving change through strong leadership. Previously, as a Principal HCM Consultant at Gijima from July 1998 to October 2012, Sandra specialized in SAP HCM implementations, successfully completing seven projects and being recognized in the SAP community for contributions, including presentations at ASUG. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Iscor/Kumba Iron Ore from March 1982 to June 1998, where Sandra developed HR strategies and provided strategic support to line managers. Sandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from North-West University, obtained between 1980 and 1982.
