Christie Williams

Christie Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the VP of Employee Success at Softdocs since August 2021, Christie has successfully established the People Team following the company's Private Equity backing. Christie was instrumental in achieving an employee NPS of 75 in June 2023. Additionally, Christie is a member and contributor at TroopHR, fostering collaboration among HR professionals. Previous roles include People Operations Manager at Onna, where Christie developed onboarding processes, and Director of Operations and Development at Raleigh Founded, facilitating growth from 120 to over 1,000 members. Earlier in the career, Christie held positions such as Operations Manager at Versit Incorporated and Administrative Assistant II at Western Virginia Water Authority.
