Elliot Epstein is the Founder and President of Luminary People Advisors, and has held various significant roles in the field of human resources and consulting, including Senior Consultant at Employment Practices Group, LLC and Troop Member at TroopHR. At Redesign Health, Elliot served as Vice President of Startup Enablement and Vice President of People Platform & Content. Additionally, Elliot was the Chief People Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Lightyear Health, demonstrating expertise in people strategy and organizational development. Elliot holds a magna cum laude degree in Psychology from Brown University, completed in 2006, following a foundational education at U of C Lab School.
