Heather Joines

Heather (Mullally) Joines, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and operations. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition and Operations at Altice USA, Heather has held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of HR PMO, Compliance Governance, and HR Operations, and Director of Talent Management Operations. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley, overseeing Operations Lateral Recruiting and Lateral Diversity PM, as well as involvement with TroopHR and Chief. Heather holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston-Victoria and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Towson University.
