Sophia O'Rourke is an accomplished HR and People & Culture professional with extensive experience shaping organizational effectiveness and diversity initiatives across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Troop Member at TroopHR since June 2024, Sophia previously held the role of Director of People & Culture at New Story, where significant accomplishments included establishing legal employment in Mexico and creating DEIB-focused frameworks that doubled the company's growth.
