Daniel du Preez

Daniel D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Daniel is currently working as a QA Lead at TROOP since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TallOrder Solutions from December 2019 to April 2022, where they held the positions of Production Manager and later Project & QA Manager. Daniel also has experience in IT Helpdesk Support and AX EAM Technical Assistant - Projects Department roles at Protea Chemicals from July 2017 to November 2019.

Before joining Protea Chemicals, Daniel worked as a Maintenance Planner / Electrical Engineer at Protea Chemicals from September 2015 to June 2016. In this role, they had responsibilities such as managing maintenance aspects, planning workloads, ordering supplies, and maintaining connections with suppliers. Daniel also gained experience in forecasting workload, staff scheduling, and project planning.

Daniel's earlier work experience includes owning HID King from January 2014 to January 2015, working as an Assistant Manager at Growin' Crazy Gardens from September 2013 to December 2014, and serving as a Casual employee at AVCI (Audio Video Custom install) in November and December 2012. Daniel also worked as a Casual employee at Nexus AG in June and July 2009.

Daniel D. has a diverse education history. Daniel attended Paarl Boys High from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Matric degree. Daniel then pursued further education at Cape Peninsula University of Technology from 2012 to 2015, earning a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Heavy Current/Power Systems.

In 2018, Daniel D. obtained a Further Education and Training Certificate in Administration Management from Services SETA.
