Cock Pafort

Cock Pafort has extensive work experience in project management, sales, and leadership roles. From 2016, they worked as a Project Manager at TROOSTWIJK. Prior to that, they worked at InnoComm Solutions B.V. from 2013, where they held various interim, sales, project, and program management roles focused on ICT and organizational change projects.

From 2006 to 2013, Cock worked at Atos as a Project, Program, Sales, and Line Manager, leading teams of unit managers, sales managers, and employees. Cock was also responsible for recruitment activities for the business line. Before that, they worked at KPN/Getronics from 2001 to 2006 as a Program, Project, and Line Manager. Here, Cock managed teams of program and project managers, consultants, and engineers and established the Project Management Academy for standardization and quality improvement.

From 1995 to 2000, Cock held the position of Senior Project Manager at KPN/Getronics (Olivetti, Olsy en Wang Global), where they executed various programs and projects related to infrastructure setup, software development, and management for clients such as UEFA, Arbo Management Groep, and Rabobank International.

Earlier in their career, Cock worked as a Project Manager and Software Developer at Egecomp BV, Genico Software BV, and NCR Corporation. In these roles, they developed and implemented software for different industries.

Cock Pafort completed their HAVO (High School) education from 1968 to 1974 at Berlage Scholengemeenschap. In 2009 and 2010, they pursued the Advanced Leadership Program at Atos, where they earned a Certified Manager degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Subsequently, in 2011, they attended the Management Development Program at Atos, obtaining another Certified Manager degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
