Theis Barenkopf Dinesen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Strategic Consultant at Trophy Games ApS. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Chief Innovation Officer at BLM - Brinck-Lund Media, where they focused on nurturing creative talents and achieving organizational goals. In 2017, they joined inSpring as an Experience Designer and Start-up Contact, responsible for building a digital start-up financing service. Theis Barenkopf then moved on to roles at Wil Film Aps, where they served as the Creative and Production Lead, and inQvation, where they worked as a Product and Process Development Manager. From 2018 to 2020, Theis was the Chief of Unlocking Potential at Brinck-Lund Media/Adiso, focusing on outdoor activities and brand-building. Theis Barenkopf also worked as an Innovation and Growth Expert at Ideas Further, collaborating with various companies on tourism and business development. In 2021, Theis became the Chief of Operations and Innovation + Co-Founder (passive) at ADISO, before joining Trophy Games (Nasdaq: TGAMES) in 2022 as the COO. Theis Barenkopf also holds an MA degree in Design Futures from Goldsmiths, University of London, obtained from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed a BA degree in Multimedia Design at Space Invaders, School for Digital Design from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a Communications Assistance certification from Kultur InForm in 1994. Theis Barenkopf Dinesen also has a Master's degree in Design Futures from Goldsmiths, University of London. Theis Barenkopf has obtained certifications in Pretotyping from pree.to in 2018 and in SCRUM - SCRUM Master + Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2009.
