Andrew’s career started in his native New Zealand, where he was educated as a Quantity Surveyor. Over the course of his career, Andrew has lived in and supported projects in Washington D.C., London, Boston, and New York City.

With over 25 years of direct experience in New York City working for independent estimating firms, General Contractors, and Construction Managers, Andrew has a strong understanding of the market pricing and dynamics.

Excelling in pre-construction estimating services, Andrew has a proven track record of setting reliable and trackable cost data with minimal available information from architects and owner alike, often at the infancy of a project. This helps enable Trophy Point’s clients to set a design path to control budgets, and avoid cost overruns during the design process.

Andrew’s role with Trophy Point is oriented on expanding and solidifying the Trophy Point New York, Philadelphia, and New England presence, and expanding the company to new markets.
