Adeline Sourdille is a skilled biocurator at Tropic since September 2020, specializing in the curation of biological datasets for bioinformatics. Previously, Adeline worked as a Research Scientist in the Molecular Biology Team, coordinating cloning pipelines and implementing processes for new LIMS and quality assurance. Adeline's educational background includes a PhD in Life Sciences from the University of Dundee and an Engineer's degree in Biology from Polytech Clermont Ferrand. Prior research experience includes studying meiosis in barley as a PhD researcher at The James Hutton Institute, and various research assistant roles focused on genetic diversity in wheat, BAC sequencing, and SNP genotyping. Adeline has also held positions in sales and management, demonstrating a diverse skill set.
