Jack Peart

Jack Peart has over 25 years of work experience in various roles in the biotechnology and life sciences industry. Jack started their career as a post doc at The Sainsbury Laboratory from 1997 to 2005. Jack then joined Sigma Aldrich as a Life Science Sales Specialist from 2006 to 2008. Jack then moved on to Illumina, where they held several roles including Regional Account Manager, Senior Regional Account Manager, Plant Agrigenomics Specialist, Sr Key Account Manager, MiSeq Specialist Manager, and District Sales Manager from 2008 to 2014. After that, they joined BioNano Genomics, Inc. as the Director of Sales for Europe, Middle East & Africa from 2014 to 2016, and later became the Sr. Director of Sales & Support for the same region. In 2018, they joined Unchained Labs as the Director of Analytical Sales for Europe. Currently, since April 2022, they hold the position of Chief Business Officer at Tropic. Throughout their career, Jack Peart has demonstrated expertise in sales and business development in the biotechnology field.

Jack Peart attended Imperial College London from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Biology. Following this, from 1997 to 2001, they pursued their PhD at the Sainsbury Laboratory, John Innes Centre. Their doctoral research focused on Disease Resistance Mechanisms in Plants.
