Roberta Tosetti

Roberta Tosetti has a diverse work experience in the field of research. Roberta started their professional journey at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in 2012, where they worked as a Research Fellow until February 2015. Following this, they joined Cranfield University in August 2015 as a Research Fellow in Plant Science until November 2019. Currently, they are employed at Tropic Biosciences as a Research Scientist in Molecular Biology since June 2020.

Roberta Tosetti has a diverse education history. Roberta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Plants Biotechnology from Università degli Studi di Padova in 2006. Roberta then pursued a Master's degree in Plant and Food Biotechnology from the same university, which they completed in 2008. Following this, Roberta undertook a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agrobioscience at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna from 2009 to 2014.

In 2014, they also attended a course on Occupational Security at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna. In 2015, Roberta attended an introductory course on Next Generation Sequencing: Whole genome sequencing library preparation at EMBL in Heidelberg, Germany.

Later, they pursued an MSc in Applied Bioinformatics at Cranfield University. Roberta completed the module "Next Generation Sequencing Informatics" in 2016 and the module "Exploratory data analysis and essential statistics using R" in 2018.
