Casey Richard has a diverse work experience in various roles. They started their career as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Nordstrom in 2015. They then worked as a Project Consultant at Applied Cognitive Sciences Consulting Firm, where they analyzed and summarized findings for engineers. Casey also served as a Mission Advancement Intern at Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington, maintaining donor relationships and recruiting volunteers. They later joined the University of Washington Panhellenic Association, where they held the position of Vice President of Recruitment Management, organizing events and creating an inclusive membership intake process. At Kappa Kappa Gamma, Casey worked as a Leadership Development Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant, providing strategic risk management plans and delivering presentations.
