Esha Patel

Esha Patel has a diverse range of work experience. Esha is currently working as a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager at Tropic since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Business Operations Associate at True Link from August 2021 to June 2022. In this role, they led strategic growth initiatives, identified operational inefficiencies, and collaborated cross-functionally with various teams. Esha also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs from July 2019 to July 2021, where they were responsible for advising clients on strategic opportunities. Esha previously interned at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2018. Esha has also participated in the Women In Leadership Conference at TD Securities in 2017 and worked as a Finance Intern at NBCUniversal during the same year. Esha gained insight into the career of a financial advisor through their participation in the Investment Advisor Bootcamp at AXA Advisors, LLC in 2016. Additionally, they have experience as a Marketing Intern at CDI LLC and as an Accounting and Human Resources Intern at Lexon Loyde, Inc. In 2015, Esha launched and managed a student-run business called Not Your Average Laundry Bag as the Head of Human Resources.

Esha Patel completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from Babson College, from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Ridge High School and received their High School degree in General Studies, from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Esha also obtained additional certifications such as the Securities Industry Essentials from FINRA in August 2019 and the Series 79 from FINRA in August 2019.
