Jessica Fraser is an accomplished health systems strengthening expert with extensive experience in program management and research within the global health sector. Currently serving as Technical Manager at the Tropical Health and Education Trust, Jessica has also held various roles including Programmes Manager and Grants Officer, showcasing a progressive career trajectory. Jessica obtained a Research Master's degree in Global Health from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where significant coursework included Global Burden of Disease and Health Interventions. Research roles include a second-year internship at Chatham House, contributing to a project for the Africa Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, and a first-year internship with the Lao PDR Ministry of Health. Jessica's earlier positions involve global development analysis at Teach For All and research support for organizations including Providence Row and The Fairtrade Foundation. Jessica's educational background is further complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Social Policy from the University of Leeds and international studies at The Australian National University.
