Johanna Cano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and film production. Currently serving as the Client Services Team Lead at Tropical Shipping since July 2019, Johanna has previously held roles such as Customer Service Representative and Inside Sales Coordinator within the same company. In addition to a successful career at Tropical Shipping, Johanna is the Owner of Behind The Lens Productions, LLC, where a notable achievement includes writing, producing, editing, and directing the short film "Enlistment," which won Best of Fest and Audience Favorite at the Red Shorts Film Festival. With a background in export coordination from America’s Custom Brokers and a strong educational foundation in film and television, including an Associate of Arts degree from the Academy of Art University, Johanna demonstrates a diverse skill set and commitment to excellence in both service and creative endeavors.
