Cheryl Fletcher

Cheryl Fletcher is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in franchise development and real estate management, currently serving as Chief Development Officer at Tropical Smoothie Cafe since 2017. In this role, Cheryl leads a team of 17 professionals, overseeing franchise sales, recruiting, real estate analytics, and design and construction. Prior positions include Senior Vice President of Franchise Development and Vice President of Franchise Development Strategy at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, as well as similar roles at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc., where Cheryl significantly contributed to real estate management and franchise expansion strategies. Cheryl's career began at AFC Enterprises Inc. as Director of Investor Relations, demonstrating strong communication skills with the investment community. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Finance and Operations from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
