Karen Grissom possesses extensive experience in operations support and training within the restaurant and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations Support and Training at Tropical Smoothie Cafe since 2017, Karen previously held the position of Sr. Director, Training and Operations Support at the same company. Prior to this, Karen was Vice President of Training and Operations Support at Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, and Director of Global Training at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen from 2011 to 2015. Additional roles include Associate Director of Global Learning and Development at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and various training and operations positions at KFC, where Karen worked from 1982 to 2010. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from National University.
