Sergio Madrid

Sergio Madrid has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Sergio currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Tropicale Foods, LLC. Prior to this role, they worked as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources at G4S and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Performance Foodservice. Sergio has also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at BrightView Landscapes and Director of Human Resources at ESPN. Before that, Sergio worked at Frito Lay, Division of PepsiCo, in roles including Director of Human Resources, Sr HR Manager, and HR Manager. Sergio began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Priority Medical Management Services, Inc. (PMMS).

Sergio Madrid pursued their education in a chronological order. From 1990 to 1994, they attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources. Following this, from 1998 to 2001, Sergio enrolled in the MBA program at the University of LaVerne, specializing in International Business and successfully earning their Master of Business Administration degree.
