Katey Howard

Katey Howard is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the HR Leader for Europe at Tropicana Brands Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Katey was the HRVP for pladis UK & Ireland from March 2021 to August 2023. Katey's extensive career at PepsiCo spanned over a decade, where various leadership positions included Talent Management AMENA, Senior HR Director roles for South West Europe and Turkey, and HR Director for DACH & Nordics. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Getty Images and Barclays, as well as a brief role as an Assessor at Olive. Katey holds a degree from The University of Sheffield and is a graduate of Sheffield High School.
