Michael Conway

Michael Conway currently serves as the Director of Customer Service at Tropicana Brands Group, a position held since January 2022, following roles as Director of Customer Supply Chain and Integration Manager. Prior to this, Michael served as a Commercialization Manager at PepsiCo, overseeing the innovation pipeline and sustainability initiatives for the Juice division. Michael's earlier experience at Pepsi Lipton included roles in commercialization and innovation portfolio management, and at PepsiCo, various positions in supply chain analysis and coordination contributed to expertise in data integrity and project management. Michael began the professional career as a Senior Customer Assistant at Best Buy and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
