Rebecca Williams

Rebecca Williams is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Presently, Rebecca serves as the Head of Supply Chain UK&I at Tropicana Brands Group, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Rebecca was the Planning Director at Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company, overseeing significant change leadership during a joint venture transition and managing the planning scope across multiple brewery locations. Previous roles at Carlsberg Group included Customer Supply Director, responsible for demand and supply planning and leading a team of 31. Rebecca's career began at Danone, where key roles included Head of Customer Supply Chain and Head of Supply Chain Operations. Early career experience includes positions at Pernod Ricard UK. Rebecca holds a Master of Science (MSc) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons from the University of Birmingham.
