Nijady Balanta Correa has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Nijady started their career in 2008 as an Internship Production Assistant at Barcelona / Catalunya Film Commission and later worked as a Production Assistant at Goroka and Activa Films. In 2010, Nijady briefly worked as an NGO promoter at Fundaci贸n Ayuda en Acci贸n.

From 2014, Nijady joined Netquest where they held various roles, including Content & Communications Specialist B2C, Marketing Communications Specialist B2B, and Digital Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing projects, collaborating with clients, and defining project requirements.

In 2019, Nijady joined Tropicfeel as a Content & Communications Manager. Nijady then transitioned to the role of Growth Marketing Project Manager in 2022. In this role, they coordinated and monitored projects across multiple growth channels, developed commercial campaigns, and oversaw the TF Nation loyalty program strategy. Nijady also developed marketing communication plans and analyzed campaign results to optimize decision-making.

Nijady Balanta Correa has a diverse education history. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Universitat Aut貌noma de Barcelona and earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. They also studied at Universit脿 degli Studi di Siena from 2011 to 2012, focusing on Scienze della Comunicazione in the field of Liberal Arts and Sciences. In addition, Nijady attended Escola de Mitjans Audiovisuals (EMAV) from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Media Production Technician degree with a specialization in Cinematography and Film/Video Production. Furthermore, Nijady obtained a certification in Inbound from HubSpot in November 2016.
