Alan Seawell

Alan has been an NC Licensed General Contractor (NCLGC) since 1996 and TROSA’s Construction and Property Manager since 2000. A graduate of TROSA’s program, Alan is a mentor to the residents in his department, many of whom go on to work in the construction industry. He is licensed as an unlimited residential contractor and is a qualifier for two corporations in North Carolina. Alan has overseen tremendous growth on their campuses, including their townhouses, community center, and new housing for TROSA residents and graduates.
