Jurij Nowickyj

Jurij Nowickyj is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology training and customer service. Currently serving as an Apple Specialist at Apple Newmarket since September 2021, Jurij focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences with Apple products. With a long-standing role as a Technology Training Consultant at Troubleshoot, Inc. since January 1999, Jurij offers personalized computer training and troubleshooting for seniors. Previously, at EY from July 1993 to June 2018, Jurij excelled as a Technology Training Consultant and IT Vendor Management Analyst, ensuring high-quality service delivery and developing training programs for staff.
