Rahul Magan

Rahul Magan currently serves as General Counsel at Trousdale Ventures and Meyers Manx since July 2023. Additionally, Rahul is a Charter Member of TechGC since August 2021. Previously, Rahul held the position of Vice President, Legal at ShipBob, Inc., from August 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing global legal, compliance, and risk functions, expanding the legal team, and managing international market expansion. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate in Corporate & Tech Transactions at Goodwin from 2016 to 2021, where Rahul represented emerging growth companies and advised venture capital and private equity investors. Other notable roles include being a Venture Fellow at Keiretsu Forum, a Summer Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, a Summer Legal Associate at Aberdeen Asset Management, and Chief Operating Officer at LogiCoy Inc. Rahul is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, holds a Graduate Certificate from The Wharton School, and graduated from UCLA.
