Jeff Yates

Jeff Yates is a seasoned professional in the fields of engagement and conservation, currently serving as the Senior Director for Engagement and previously as the Director of Volunteer Operations at Trout Unlimited since March 2014. As the owner of Fly Fishing Connecticut, LLC since January 2006, Jeff authored the book "Fly Fishing Fairfield County: Secrets of Suburban Streams" and operates a fly fishing lessons and guiding business. Jeff's experience includes a role as Communications Manager for the Fairfield County Community Foundation from August 2008 to March 2014, where initiatives focused on philanthropy and community prosperity. Additionally, Jeff has held positions as a Sales Associate at Orvis and an Editor at Hersam Acorn Newspapers. Jeff graduated from Kenyon College in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in English.
