Lisa McKenna

Lisa McKenna, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President, People & Culture at Trout Unlimited since September 2021, Lisa previously held the position of Principal Consultant at McKenna Consulting from February 2017 to August 2021, providing tailored HR support for small businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to that, Lisa was Vice President of Human Resources at PAE and Agility Logistics, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations for substantial global workforces in federal contracting environments. Earlier career roles included Director positions in recruitment and human resources at Kadix Systems and Software Performance Systems. Lisa holds an education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
