Erin Murphy

Erin Murphy is the Director of Client Care at Troutman Pepper. Erin has over eight years of experience in law firm communications and marketing. Prior to joining Troutman Pepper, Erin was the Communications and Publications Manager at Pepper Hamilton LLP, where they oversaw the firm's external and internal communications, including client-facing content and social media. Erin has also worked as a Communications Editor at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where they edited and drafted marketing materials firmwide, including client alerts, website content, and marketing collateral.

Erin Murphy has a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.A. Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration- Management; English from Franklin & Marshall College. Erin also has a degree in International Business; English from Victoria University of Wellington.

They work with Linda Sanders - Director of Client Care, Patricia Ellard - Director of Client Care Analytics & Service Design. Erin Murphy reports to Dan Pulka, Chief Client Care Officer.
